Become our new Director of Finance

Ambient Support delivers a variety of different services to 900 vulnerable people across the UK. We are passionate about making a tangible difference to the lives of those we support and are absolutely committed to providing top-quality person-centred services.

To help us develop and grow our capacity and capability we are seeking to recruit a high calibre Director of Finance. You will be joining us a time of change, challenge, and opportunity.

As a member of the Executive Team and attending Board you will operate at as a strategic commercially driven partner to the CEO and the Team, providing advice, guidance, and great leadership.

As we come to the end of our current 2020-25 Strategy period, you will help shape and execute our new strategy, playing a significant and core leadership role. In addition, you will help shape and execute our Financial Strategy enabling us to grow, modernise and deliver our commitment to high quality services.

You will know that we are operating in a highly challenging social care climate and this position will not suit an individual who does not relish a challenge. Quite the opposite. We have a strong Board and Executive Team, a positive can-do culture of change and positive challenge. You will be resilient; solution focussed and have experience of working in a similarly large and complex organisation at both Strategic and Operational levels and will be passionate about making your mark.
