It means working above and beyond statutory requirements and fully engaging with those people we support to define the very essence of what quality means to people and ensuring that we always work to the best of our abilities to achieve this.
Continuous improvement
We have developed a clear strategy for how we will improve the quality of our services and a primary element of this is ensuring that those we support have a voice, be that through our annual ‘People We Support’ surveys or though involvement with our Award winning, Ambient Gurdians who work alongside our Quality Team.
